These Terms govern use of PixelStorage, a creator media workspace for organizing short-form videos, preparing captions and upload metadata, transferring selected creator-owned videos to connected platforms, and measuring public post performance.

Use of the service

You may use PixelStorage only for content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for captions, hashtags, media files, and publishing decisions.

Platform integrations

If you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize PixelStorage to perform the actions you approve and that are covered by the granted permissions. PixelStorage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms, policies, and community guidelines.

Prohibited uses

• Uploading content you do not own or have rights to use.
• Posting spam, deceptive, illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Using PixelStorage to manipulate engagement, impersonate others, scrape private data, or bypass platform limits.
• Attempting to compromise the service, other users, or connected platform APIs.

User review and responsibility

PixelStorage is designed for consent-first creator workflows. Users should review media, captions, and post settings before publishing. You remain responsible for anything you choose to upload or publish.

Availability

We aim to keep PixelStorage reliable, but the service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Platform APIs may also change or become unavailable.

Disclaimer

PixelStorage is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee platform approval, posting results, views, engagement, revenue, or growth outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelStorage and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits, or platform access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in a way that violates these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law.
