PixelStorage helps creators organize their own short-form video assets, prepare captions and upload metadata, transfer selected videos to TikTok draft workflows, and measure public post performance. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information: basic contact or account details you provide when using PixelStorage.
• TikTok authorization data: if you connect TikTok, we may receive a TikTok open ID, basic profile information, access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiry times, and authorization status.
• Creator content and metadata: videos you choose to manage or upload, captions, hashtags, upload references, draft status, and experiment labels.
• Public performance metrics: for videos owned by the authorized TikTok account, PixelStorage may store public counters such as views, likes, comments, shares, video ID, share URL, caption, and publish time.
• Technical logs: server logs, request timestamps, IP-derived security signals, user agent, and error logs used to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

• Provide the creator media workspace and asset organization features.
• Transfer selected creator-owned videos to TikTok after explicit authorization.
• Show upload status and maintain upload references.
• Collect public counters for the creator’s own authorized videos.
• Secure the service, debug errors, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and platform rules.

TikTok data

PixelStorage only requests TikTok permissions that support the creator workflow. Initial permissions may include user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.list. We do not sell TikTok data, use it for unrelated advertising, or access private TikTok data without authorization.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that host or secure the service, with TikTok as required to perform authorized API actions, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your PixelStorage data and disconnection of TikTok authorization by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, and secret handling practices. No internet service is perfectly secure, so users should avoid uploading content they are not authorized to use.

Children

PixelStorage is not intended for children under 13 or for users below the minimum age required by applicable law or TikTok’s terms.
